As a testament to the custom nature of our work, this big and beautiful 35’ x 54’ timber frame addition is a collaboration with our clients and design team to accomplish lofty dreams. With a generously open kitchen/dining/living first story and kids’ bedroom/play loft above, the Maranacook Lakehouse addition serves as a vital expansion for a large and loving family for generations to come.

After intensive design work, this structure has several unique features to showcase, including a 24’ clearspan queen post truss, decorative eave posts, common rafters, and spacious dormers on either side. This complex beauty was engineered to withstand heavy snowfall, standing strong as it overlooks the terraced lake property. Our team was honored to bring this concept to life.
